I had a Size L from my employer and wanted a roomy fit. I ordered size XL, guess what, they both are same size. Didn't get chance to return. But sizing is not good!

Although the lab coat(s) are of acceptable quality - the sizing chart online is TERRIBLE. Following the 'guidlines' suggested, the first one I bought was too small, and the second one I bought in a LARGER still size, is marginal at best. You should be ashamed of such a terrible web site design and experience for your customers.

The lab coats we ordered are made from excellent material and colours ordered were true to those shown on the website. They have washed up well and look smart in the workplace. Sizing chart on website is unfortunately not 100% accurate (actual sizing of lab coats runs smaller than given on the sizing chart). Would definitely buy again though - just would be aware of sizing issues.

The quality is top-notch!

The coats appear to be of a high quality and the delivery was very quick. We did need to exchange two sizes of the 7 coats (which were too small for my staff) but the exchange process was quite efficient and straight forward, Customer service was great. 😊
