Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in bringing our customers high quality, durable products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your Source SBG purchases. In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we will review all circumstances of each return request to be resolved at the company’s discretion to ensure our customers receive a positive experience with us.

We will happily provide a return or exchange provided that:

• There is proof of purchase
• The item is returned within 14 days of receipt
• The item has not been customised
• The item is in re-saleable condition with original packaging, including tags, stickers and accessories
• The item is unused/unworn/unopened

If these requirements are not met, Source SBG reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange. Any returns under the above terms and conditions will receive either a refund or may be exchanged for other product or size.  

All Sale Item purchases are final. Please choose carefully as Source SBG does not provide returns, refunds or exchange on the purchase of Sale Items. This includes any items purchased using a Discount Code or Promotional Items.

All other cases will be resolved at Source SBG's discretion. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on general wear and tear.

Return Instructions for Exchange or Refund

Any purchases made online can be returned to the Source SBG warehouse. To create a Return or Exchange Request, please login to your account. Go to your Account->Orders screen and select “Return Items?”.

This will redirect to your Return Request screen where you can select what items you would like to return and the reason. Please print out a copy of the Return Request Email you receive and include this in the parcel with your returned items and send to:

Customers are responsible for all return post charges to send back change-of-mind goods, and for any exchange shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
